Initial Consultation: Confirm the exhibition details (time, location, scale), budget, and core requirements (brand showcase, product display, interactive experiences, etc.) with the client.
Design Proposal: Provide 2-3 creative design solutions, including 3D renderings, material specifications, and cost estimates. The final design will be confirmed based on client feedback.

Contract Signing: Specify the construction period, costs, service scope, and responsibilities of both parties.
Material Production: The factory processes the booth structure, customizes display fixtures, prints graphics, and completes pre-assembly inspections according to the design drawings.

Transportation Arrangement: Based on the requirements of the exhibition venue, arrange sea/air freight in advance and handle customs clearance documents (such as import tax invoices and exhibition item lists).
Exhibition Hall Application: Submit the construction drawings to the organizer for review to ensure compliance with fire safety and safety regulations (such as height restrictions and flame-retardant materials).
